Does Upvendo work with my POS?
Yes. The kiosk works on Lightspeed, MplusKassa, Vectron, Shopcaisse and Square. Your menu and prices stay in your POS. You don't need to change anything.
What if the kiosk breaks?
Don't worry. You get a 5-year warranty. If something breaks, we fix it. You pay nothing extra.
What if I want to cancel?
You can. After 6 months you can stop whenever you want. You send the kiosk back. No penalty, no hassle.
Won't people just prefer the counter?
A lot of people actually prefer ordering themselves — at their own pace, no pressure. And anyone who'd rather order at the counter still can. The kiosk mainly takes care of your peak moments.
Does it work with my fiscal cash register?
Yes. The kiosk is GKS-compliant. Every order flows correctly through your POS to your fiscal register. Everything is recorded properly.
Can I display allergens?
Yes. You show allergens per dish, exactly how Belgian food safety (FAVV) requires it. Your customer sees it right on the screen.
Do I get local-language support?
