How it works
Upvendo connects directly to MplusKassa's QApi, so every Upvendo channel, self-ordering kiosks at the counter, your own webshop and QR codes at the table, reads from the same articles and price groups you already manage in MplusKassa. Orders land in MplusKassa as regular sales, the Belgian FDM Black Box or the Dutch fiscal printer signs them just like an order keyed in at the till, and your Mplus reporting stays the single source of truth across every channel. No middleware tabs, no nightly CSV export, no SKU duplication between till and ordering layer.
Why teams choose this integration
Change a price or stock level in MplusKassa and the update reaches kiosks, webshop and QR within seconds. No double entry, no drift between channels.
Orders are recorded in MplusKassa like a normal sale, the FDM Black Box (BE) or fiscal printer (NL) signs them automatically. No separate fiscal flow needed.
Orders appear in MplusKassa as regular till receipts. Your existing printer routing, KDS rules and course timing work without any change.
Mandatory choices, max-N selections, price groups, allergens and VAT rates, all your MplusKassa configuration flows through to every channel with no remapping.
Every Upvendo order rolls through to your usual Mplus revenue reports, category mix, VAT overview, daily statements, with no separate analytics login.
QApi key in, connection live. No plug-in to install on the till itself. A typical single-venue rollout goes live in 3–5 working days.
What's connected
01
Articles, price groups, modifier sets, VAT codes and stock flags sync continuously. Turn an article off in MplusKassa and it greys out on every kiosk within 30 seconds.
02
Upvendo orders are written as standard MplusKassa receipts. Your existing printer routing and KDS lanes pick them up automatically. The kitchen flow is identical whether the order comes from a server, a kiosk or a QR code.
03
If your MplusKassa setup uses courses (starter, main, dessert), Upvendo respects them downstream. Course-aware firing for QR tables; bundled firing for kiosk and webshop.
04
Branches on a single Upvendo tenant connected to multiple MplusKassa databases. Each venue inherits its own menu, opening hours and KDS routing.
05
Customer cards linked to a phone number or QR scan are recognised at the kiosk. Points and balance work cross-channel, kiosk to webshop.
06
Cancel or refund in MplusKassa and the adjustment lands in Upvendo's reporting the same minute. Accurate per-channel revenue mix with no manual reconciliation.
Setup
Your MplusKassa account manager generates a QApi key. We guide them if needed, it's a standard procedure.
A single field in your Upvendo dashboard. We test the connection live before saving.
Your full Mplus menu, articles, price groups, modifier sets, VAT codes, maps in automatically. Override per channel on images, descriptions and presentation in the Upvendo back office.
Place test orders against the live till without printing receipts or charging cards. Validate kitchen routing and reporting before you go live.
Flip the switch. From that moment orders land as regular MplusKassa receipts, with FDM signing and receipt-printer routing as always.
